Book a London / Hertfordshire Homestay for students
Whether you are looking for accommodation in London or Hertfordshire for individual students or student groups, our homestays booking process is kept simple and straightforward. Our homestay accommodation team match students with host families that suit their needs, preferences, and personality. Students will become immersed in British culture, allowing them to develop their English skills and explore in a safe and welcoming environment.
To book a homestay accommodation, please fill out the online booking form below. To ensure we are able to find the most suitable accommodation, please try to add as much information as possible. Once we’ve found the best suited homestay for students, we send all the details to be reviewed before confirming the booking. Bookings are only held and confirmed once payment is processed to Home & Away Students Services via bank transfer. If there are any changes to the dates of your bookings, these can be made subject to availability (extra charges may apply). Individual students are placed with experienced host families who welcome them to their Homestay accommodation. Students make their own way to either pre-arranged meeting points or directly to school, university or work placement each day – the host families are not responsible for transporting students to and from their accommodation (unless otherwise specified).
Group bookings are for stays ranging between a few days to a couple of weeks, and are for groups of students either from the same or different schools, as well as their teachers and drivers. The group is divided into smaller groups (usually 2-4 students) and assigned to different host families. A Home & Away Students representative will be present to coordinate the groups at the designated meeting point, while the host family will be responsible for transporting students to and from the meeting points throughout their stay.
